Code strengthens team wth two new appointments

Manchester-based Code has strengthened its account handling and development teams through two new appointments.

Steve Peters has joined as account manager and will work primarily on the agency’s Ultraframe, Christy, Altro and Webblinds business. Steve, aged 31, previously headed up Connectpoint’s interactive division where his clients included Pontins, First North Western Trains and MUTV.

Tim Peel, aged 25, has joined Code’s development team as internet developer and will work across the agency’s client portfolio.

Prior to joining Code, Tim was senior technical consultant at KMP Associates, where he was responsible for clients including Manchester Airport and the Welsh Development Agency.

Code managing director, Tony Foggett, comments, “Steve and Tim both bring a broad range of interactive experience to Code and have worked previously on some strong private and public sector brands. The agency now employs 31 staff and has set ambitious growth targets for 2006; it is our intention to continue hiring the most talented people around.”

Award-winning Code, formed in 1999, is a full service digital communications agency that employs 30 people. The agency’s client list includes Kimberly Clark Corporation, HMV, Centura Foods, Nokia, BUPA, Capital One and NUS Services Ltd.
